A Welcome From The Pastor
"Thank you for visiting our web site. It would be an honor to have you as our guest here at Calvary Baptist Church, which has remained a lighthouse in Bremerton for 43 years. We are still excited about the possibility of seeing the Word of God meet the needs you may have in your life. Our people are friendly and the atmosphere of our services still display an appropriate reverence for God. The purpose of all our services is to bring people face to face with the inerrant scriptures through expository preaching. The ministry of the Word is supplemented with the singing of traditional gospel hymns. I look forward to meeting you soon." - Pastor Sinski

1There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
John 3:1-2

Please join us at our Wednesday evening service. Pastor Sinski is embarking on a short series on the 1st Psalm. He believes it is vitally important, especially in this late hour, that we understand the theology and the practicality of this Psalm.

Some Characteristics Of Messianic Miracles
  • They were performed for high purposes. The Lord never used them for his own personal convenience but to meet the definite needs of others.
  • They were not confined to a single sphere of life. They were done on nature, human beings & demons.
  • They were done openly in view of witnesses, many of whom were still alive at the penning of the synoptics.
  • They did not always involve the faith of the person healed, and were sometimes even done in spite of an obvious lack of faith.
Where will you spend eternity?

If you would like to know more about having a personal relationship with God, about how you can KNOW that you will spend an eternity with Him, please view "Where will you spend eternity?" for the answer.

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"
